Vue International acquires Cinema3D in Poland

With the acquisition of Cinema3D in Poland, Vue is expanding its premium out-of-home entertainment offering to 45 sites and 322 screens across Poland.

Vue already has a leading position in Poland delivering record attendance in 2018. The acquisition continues Vue’s growth strategy, adding a further 13 sites and 65 screens to its portfolio.

The cinema has been opened under the Multikino brand and is the first and only cinema in Warsaw fully equipped with all leather recliner chairs providing a premium out-of-home entertainment experience.

Cinema 3D is a modern, stadium seated circuit which fits well within Vue’s international estate. The cinemas are located in retail and leisure developments including some of the largest shopping centers in the region.

The acquisition has been carried out by a subsidiary of Vue International Bidco plc and financed via existing resources.
