TRIO OF WELLBEING LETTINGS at WEMBLEY PARK

Wembley Park has announced a trio of wellbeing lettings which together will see opticians Specsavers, independent salon Urban Rose Beauty and dog wellness centre The Cuddle Club occupy nearly 450 sq m at London's world-famous Wembley Park neighbourhood.

Specsavers will take 164 sq m, Urban Rose 163 sq m and The Cuddle Club 104 sq m throughout the Wembley Park district. The deals solidify Wembley Park’s status as the UK’s leading 15-minute neighbourhood, adding even greater choice to a comprehensive range of retail, dining, leisure and amenities accessible to local residents, workers and visitors.

The Cuddle Club, which provides ‘dog therapy’ sessions for office staff across London and the South East, will launch its first bricks and mortar offer at Wembley Park. Services will include grooming and spa treatments and dog day-care and walking services, alongside a store selling pet accessories, toys and treats. And guests at award-winning salon Urban Rose Beauty will be able to enjoy a range of treatments, from specialist waxing services to massages – as well as a complimentary Champagne bar.

“Wembley Park continues to go from strength to strength as we progress through the busy summer season, with the return of even more events at Wembley Stadium and the resurgence of tourism in the capital”, said Matt Slade, Retail Director at Quintain. “We are hugely proud of Wembley Park’s astonishing transformation story and look forward to welcoming even more guests to enjoy this ever-evolving district throughout summer.”

The trio of new lettings come after Quintain signed deals with two lifestyle brands earlier this year, including Pilates boutique El Estudio, which took 183 sq m, and bike repair shop Fix Your Cycle, which took a further 130 sq m – both of which are now open and trading.
