TCONCEPT’S DESIGN OF SHOPPPING CENTER FINESTRELLES OPENED ITS DOORS IN BARCELONA

Equilis has opened the Shopping Center Finestrelles in Barcelona. The open-air shopping destination was designed by the Dutch architectural company TconcepT and it is covered by three iconic pergolas.

It has a commercial offer of 103 shops on a GLA of 39.250 sq m. Located in Eplugues de Llobregat, the mall will attract more than 8.5 million yearly visitors from Barcelona and the Baix Llobregat region.

An Alcampo hypermarket, a gym from the Duet Fit chain, Media Markt and a Decathlon store are the largest Finestrelles Shopping Center flagships. The mall also includes various Inditex group brands such as Zara, Bershka, Pull & Bear, and Oysho. Other fashion stores that will be opening here are H&M, Mango, Kiabi, and New Yorker, amongst others.

A large variety of restaurants with outside terraces overlooking the center and the surroundings completes the offer for customers. These restaurants include market-leaders such as La Tagliatella, Blue Frog, Dunkin Coffee, and Starbucks.
