Deutsche Konsum REIT-AG has acquired six mainly food-anchored local retail properties in Saxony and Saxony-Anhalt (Germany) in several transactions by notarial deeds.
The assets are located in Germany. Portfolio consits of over 27,000 sq m, is fully tenant-occupied, with a WAULT of around 10 years.
The deal includes a modern project development with approx. 14,000 sq m of rental space. The project will open doors in the first quarter of 2023.
