Stanica Nivy will be home to the largest number of Inditex brands under one roof in Slovakia

Nivy Station is scheduled to open in the fall of 2020.

Stanica Nivy is a game changer on the Slovak retail market. It will become a destination in the heart of Bratislava due to its unique combination of functions. Less than a year before opening, Stanica Nivy confirms that it will become home to the largest number of Inditex brands under one roof. Apart from the usual suspects, Zara, Massimo Dutti, Bershka, Stradivarius and Pull&Bear, two new brands will be introduced to Slovakia – Oysho and Zara Home.

„Stanica Nivy will give Bratislava a representative gateway to the city in the form of a modern bus station, and the project will become the heart of the New Nivy zone thanks to its truly mixed-use character. Visitors can look forward to a destination that will take the experience of travelling, shopping and leisure to a new level. The entry of Inditex, one of the world’s largest fashion retailers, into Stanica Nivy project is proof of the attractiveness of the New Nivy zone. Inditex will bring the broadest portfolio of brands in Slovakia, including two new ones which have been missing on the market, taking up a total of 10 % of the sales area of Stanica Nivy,“ stated René Popik, the CEO of HB Reavis Slovakia.

Inditex, one of the world’s largest fashion retailers, has agreed to present 7 of its brands in more than 7,000 sq m in Stanica Nivy in Bratislava. This concept will house the most successful Inditex brands – Zara, the higher-end label Massimo Dutti, the youth focused brands Pull&Bear, Stradivarius and Bershka. Finally, two new Inditex brands will be introduced to the market – Zara Home and women’s wear provider Oysho.

This mixed-use scheme that is currently under construction will bring Bratislava a new international bus station, more than 250 shops, a complex F&B zone with a fresh produce market and a green roof for active relaxation.
