Schoenherr advises Immofinanz on its acquisition of 5 retail shopping parks in Slovenia

With this transaction Immofinanz will add to its existing Slovenian portfolio of Stop Shop retail parks now totalling 14.

Schoenherr Slovenia advised Immofinanz AG on the purchase of a real estate portfolio consisting of five shopping centers (“QCenters”) from Centrice Real Estate.

“We were delighted to support Immofinanz in this exciting project” said Schoenherr partner Bojan Brežan, who led the advisory team. “We are happy to see that such an important commercial real estate group is becoming more active on the Slovenian market.”

Law firm Rojs, Peljhan, Prelesnik & Partners acted as legal counsel to the seller.

Centrice Real Estate, with its headquarters in Vienna and regional offices in Ljubljana and Zagreb, manages a real estate portfolio of retail properties and office buildings with a total lettable area of approx. 252,160 sq m. The team advising Immofinanz and Alpha Real was led by Bojan Brežan (partner, Ljubljana), who was supported by Marko Frantar (attorney at law, Ljubljana); Matej Črnilec (attorney at law, Ljubljana); Borče Malijanski (associate, Ljubljana); and Urša Ušeničnik (associate, Ljubljana).
