Scalo Milano to Be Expanded – 25 More Stores

Scalo Milano Outlet & More, the city outlet situated 15 minutes from Milan’s center, covers a surface area of 30,000 sq m and will soon be expanded to approximately 35,000 sq m in order to accommodate an additional 25 stores.

It currently consists of 130 stores that feature Italian and international brands from the fashion and design sectors, and it also boasts an indoor food court that hosts 14 restaurants capable of satisfying all tastes and needs.

A program of events that covers the calendar year completes the Scalo Milano offer, livening the Mall up by means of initiatives that cater to the whole family, such as must-see concerts, exhibitions, charity activities, and children’s entertainment.

“We believe that positioning us as “Outlet & More” meets the needs of the Metropolitan City of Milan, and it enables us to distinguish ourselves from our competitors while, at the same time, positively impacting our business,” commented Davide Lardera, CEO of Scalo Milano. “Consumers now clearly know what to expect from our offer, and we have already witnessed an upsurge in visitors: We expect a further 40% rise in the number of people visiting Scalo Milano, along with a 30% increase in turnover”.
