Designer Outlet Village in Grantham planned.

Rioja Developments and Buckminster are making plans together. They want to construct a Designer Outlet Village in Grantham. Grantham is a medium-sized city in English county of Lincolnshire.

The project would house around 150 Shops—in addition to play areas, cafés, and restaurants—on approx. 25,000 sq m of GLA, plus 1,800 parking spaces. It would be located close the A1 highway on the city’s southern edge and accessed via a new junction, which will also connect to the new Southern Relief Road.

Grantham Designer Outlet Village would create approximately 1,500 jobs. Rioja Developments and Buckminster intend to invest around £100 million (€117 million) in the project.
