Redhead Real Estate Adopts Yardi Property Management Platform

German fee manager will manage client properties with cloud-based solution.

Founded in 2015, Redhead Real Estate manages over 1 million m² of logistics and industrial park assets in Germany. The company has adopted Yardi’s cloud-based platform to manage client properties.

Redhead will adopt Yardi® Voyager for commercial property management, which combines property management and accounting with ownership and financials. Redhead will also adopt Yardi® Procure to Pay, a centralised procurement solution that includes vendor management and compliance, automated procurement and electronic invoice processing.

“The implementation of Yardi clearly marks a turning point for our organisation. Having successfully worked with Yardi for more than 12 years on client based solutions, Redhead’s team are now utterly pleased to set up, keep and use all relevant property and accounting data in our own, bespoke structure,” said Martina Hellmann, Managing Director for Redhead Real Estate.

“We are very excited to welcome Redhead as our latest new client in Germany,” said Neal Gemassmer, vice president of international for Yardi®. “This serves to further demonstrate our commitment to deliver solutions that meet the needs of local real estate markets, and we are thrilled to be supporting their operations and growth goals.”
