THE NEW, INCREDIBLE CHAPTER OF NICOSIA MALL

Cyprus’s ambitious shopping, leisure, and dining development opened its doors on November 21, 2018, revealing an extraordinary space that has been designed to please.

Nicosia Mall has embarked on a new journey of success following its opening, living up to its “Made Incredible” motto. Its masterfully blended brand-mix and carefully planned area have proved their appeal to locals, who can now enjoy modern and distinctly European shopping, dining and leisure experiences at the capital’s new landmark.

Mass Appeal

The brand-new Nicosia Mall has been determined from the start to make the ordinary extraordinary and its journey so far, has proved that it has succeeded. In its first 15 days of operation, Nicosia Mall had welcomed a number of visitors that is equivalent to a quarter of the island’s 1.18 million population, reaffirming its position as not only the Center of Nicosia, but as the Center of Cyprus.

Elevated offering

The Mall’s expansive and luxurious space houses well-known goliaths of the fashion industry, flagship stores of prominent labels and numerous international names that have made their debut in Cyprus, at Nicosia Mall.

Yoram Kedem, General Manager of Nicosia Mall, explained: “The category mix and the brand assortment have been optimized against many parameters. The huge demand for stores in Nicosia Mall was a great opportunity that enabled us to choose the best-in-class from each field. We are excited that we have introduced a destination of unparalleled standards, with a retail mix that creates positive synergies and maximizes visitor satisfaction.”

As part of its expansive offering, Nicosia Mall also houses a modern supermarket, a state-of-the-art cinema which will open in February, a vibrant arcade for younger visitors and a galore of food and drink options, at the Mall’s “Food Market”.

Nicosia Mall is set to change the landscape of shopping and leisure in Cyprus, and its future is assuredly bright. According to Yoram Kedem “Success in the retail landscape is more about responding to the behavior of consumers than it is being beholden to a set strategy. Our focus will continue to be on adapting to an ever-evolving environment. The aim is to optimize the experience of our guests and our brand partners, and make it incredible.”
