Neo Plaza Outlet Village to open in Cyprus in 2020

A new fashion outlet & fun park will be developed in Cyprus.

The robust and diversified international brand tenant mix will be arranged in a village-like layout in the form of retail huts. The village will follow a unique and seamless architecture character, and will comprise of a complete masterplan designed by top architects.

The Village through the plethora of facilities will offer a complete and unique shopping experience addressed to the whole family. The Project aims at becoming an all-day family destination. Children entertainment is a centerpiece, with a variety of entertainment offerings for kids; including playgrounds, a carousel and water features.

Strategically located on the outskirts of Nicosia, the Village will be developed in a plot of land exceeding 35,000 sq m. The village will be situated extremely close to the newly opened Nicosia Mall.

The outlet is easily accessible by road through the highway and is also covered by public transportation. The location also offers good visibility from the highway and Nicosia’s Southern outskirts.

The Village is only 30 minutes away from the Larnaca International Airport and will be adjacent to the A9 motorway, one of Nicosia’s key arterial routes that leads to the city center, making it easily accessible to visitors from across Cyprus.

Nicosia (Lefkosia) is the largest city in terms of population, with approximately 336,000 inhabitants. The city size and its close proximity to other cities, like Larnaca, increase significantly the Project’s captive market. It is estimated that there is a population of roughly 400,000 within a 30-minute drive time catchment area, increasing to approximately 710,000 within a 55-minute drive. Additional traffic is expected to be generated from tourism.
