NEINVER certifies Amsterdam The Style Outlets against Covid-19

The certification is part of the “Shop Safe, Stay Safe” programme to minimise the risk of Covid-19 transmission and guarantee a safe shopping in its European portfolio.

Neinver has certified the Covid-19 health measures and safety protocols implemented in Amsterdam The Style Outlets. The company partnered with SGS, the world’s leading inspection, verification, testing and certification company, to validate its safety protocols against the spread of Covid-19 in the centres across its entire portfolio.

Amsterdam The Style Outlets, which opened its doors for the first time on 26 November 2020 with health and safety measures in place to keep customers safe, has recently returned to trading after over four months of restrictions.

Marcel Herben, Centres director says “The wellbeing of our customers, brand partners and employees is of the upmost importance to us. This certification attests the actions we have taken to manage and reduce the risk of transmission of COVID-19, in line with local and national guidelines”.These certifications are part of the “Shop Safe, Stay Safe” programme, an initiative launched by NEINVER across its European portfolio to prioritise the health and safety of its customers and employees.

The “Shop Safe, Stay Safe” commitment ensures compliance with the strictest hygiene standards and with social distancing rules. It also ensures visitors are well informed through different digital and on-site channels at the centres, and that everyone is protected and provided with a safe shopping experience. The measures include: hygiene stations throughout the centre; larger cleaning and maintenance teams for proper hygiene and disinfection of all areas, especially the high inflow areas; control of the indoor air quality (bathrooms, lactation room, InfoPoint, etc); improved cleaning procedures for the ventilation systems; an ongoing monitoring team to better control capacity at the centre and ensure safety compliance; reinforcement of instructions to visitors, with special emphasis on compliance with social distancing; and limiting or adapting some services to meet safety requirements.
