France becomes the third market where NEINVER is reopening its outlet portfolio, after Germany and Poland.

NEINVER continues reopening its outlet centres across Europe as countries gradually ease restrictions. On May 15, the company reopened Roppenheim The Style Outlets, located in the French Alsace. NEINVER has implemented a reopening plan, in close coordination with authorities and the brands operating at the centre, including strict hygiene and social distancing measures to guarantee the safety of employees and visitors. Roppenheim The Style Outlets will come back to activity with around 80% of its shops open.

France becomes the third market where NEINVER is reactivating its outlet portfolio. The company launched its reopening plan on 20 April in Germany, and on 4 May continued with its five outlet centres in Poland. Despite the new situation, NEINVER’s portfolio in both countries is showing positive trends in terms of footfall and sales, with consumers rapidly adapting to the new safety measures.

Enhanced safety protocols are in place

To ensure the maximum standards of safety for its 650 employees and for visitors, NEINVER is implementing health and safety protocols in accordance with public health guidelines.

Hygiene and social distancing measures include a defined itinerary to walk through the center, marked waiting areas in front of the shops and the reinforcement of disinfection, cleaning and sanitising of the common areas. Visitors are also required to wear masks in indoor spaces, hand sanitiser is provided and dustbins are placed at the exits for customers to leave their used masks and gloves. Moreover, brands have established additional hygiene and safety measures to guarantee a safe in-store experience.
