Multi as new Asset Manager for Vulcano Buono

Vulcano S.p.A. has appointed Multi Corporation, via its subsidiary Multi Italy, as the asset manager for the iconic shopping center Vulcano Buono located in Nola, Italy.

The scope of the mandate includes the development and implementation of the annual Business Plan, Leasing, Marketing, and leading a Capital Expenditure program.

“Vulcano Buono is an iconic property with a strong identity,” said Luca Maganuco, Managing Director of Multi Italy.”This scheme – thanks to its location near the district of Nola – has tremendous potential with over 9,000 employees working nearby and welcoming more than 15 million visitors per year. Our strategy for Vulcano Buono is aimed at creating a strong connection between the property and the users of the surrounding district.”

Designed by the prestigious architect Renzo Piano, it first opened in 2007. The property has a total gross leasable area (“GLA”) of 90,000 sq m. It includes a Holiday Inn Hotel, a The Space multiplex with 9 screens and 2,000 seats, a gallery on two levels with over 140 stores and restaurants, a circular event square of over 20,000 sq m, and 8,000 parking spaces.

This assignment represents the third new mandate acquired by Multi Italy in 2022, following GranRoma and Palermo Nuova Città. These new mandates increase Multi’s assets to 11 properties under management in Italy. The assets are located in the largest cities and metropolitan areas of Italy, including Valecenter in Marcon (Venice) and Forum Palermo.
