Mapic Italy 2020 cancelled due to Covid-19

Now it’s official: Mapic Italy, scheduled to take place on July 1 and 2, 2020 in Milan, has been cancelled due to ongoing concerns related to Covid-19. 

Despite the recent easing of the lockdown in Italy, there are still ongoing restrictions for events and so the organizers do not believe that it is not possible deliver an optimal business environment for participants in July under these conditions.

The health and safety of clients and staff is an absolute priority and there will not be any compromises when it comes to it. Mapic Italy will return in 2021. In order to allow experts from Italy to get together in 2020, content dedicated specifically to the country’s retail property market during Mapic in Cannes (scheduled for November 17 to 19, 2020) will be created.

The food & beverage fair “The Happetite”, which was supposed to take place at the same time on July 1 and 2, 2020 in Milan is also cancelled. Both events were originally scheduled to already take place in April, but now they are both definitively cancelled.
