Mallson: The expansion of Galeria Maxim in Legionowo, Poland, starts soon

Soon the Maxim Department Store will change its face. Thanks to the new local spatial development plan, the owner of the PIR sp. z o.o. will rebuild and extend Galeria Maxim.

After the extension, Galeria Maxim will be the largest modern shopping center in the dynamically developing city of Legionowo. The current gallery will be modernized so as to create a coherent design with the commercial park being added to it.

The entire project covers over 10,000 sq m of leasable area. sqm there will be approx. 35 stores of well-known and popular chain and local brands, a varied fashion and gastronomic offer, a supermarket, a fitness club, cafes and service points. Customers will have at their disposal a car park with about 250 spaces.

The attractive location of the Gallery in the city center at Siwińskiego Street near the City Hall, next to the largest city market and surrounded by housing estates will ensure a wide zone of coverage and high visits to the gallery by the inhabitants of the city and the entire poviat – numbering approx. 115 thousand people.

The investor of the facility is PIR sp. z o.o.
