Linstow Center Management changed its name to Linstow Baltic

In January 2021 Linstow Center Management changed its name to Linstow Baltic, thus marking the implementation of a new diversified business strategy in Baltic States. The company’s priority will be to develop sustainable multi-segment real estate projects, including office buildings, shopping malls, hotels, parking lots and more.

“In the Baltic States, we have started to implement our company’s Norwegian business strategy model, which envisages diversification of business goals. This strategy has been implemented in Norway for more than 20 years, and we are convinced of its effectiveness in Latvia and Estonia as well,” reveals Frode Gronvold, Chairman of the Board of Linstow Baltic.

In the first half of 2021 Linstow Baltic will present more about this years’ upcoming investment and development projects.
