Kruševac Shopping Park in Rasina District, Serbia opened

The new retail park is part of Nepi Rockcastle's portfolio and hosts 17 well-known domestic and international brands.

A new one-stop shopping destination in Kruševac and Rasina District, Kruševac Shopping Park, has been officially opened on September 26th, 2019. On this occasion, the representative of Kruševac Shopping Park and Nepi Rockcastle Group, Nemanja Savčić, stated: “The retail park is a project worth around 12 million Euro and creating 250 new jobs, that will bring many new opportunities to Kruševac residents by offering convenient and affordable shopping, enriching the overall offer, as well as being one of the main gathering points in the city.”

“We want to thank Nepi Rockcastle Group for choosing us for the realization of their investment project and for allowing our local companies to take part in the construction of the shopping park. The city will justify the trust we have been given and hopefully this will be just another in the series of investments that await us”, said Jasmina Palurović, Mayor of Kruševac City.

With over 300 parking spaces, 17 well-known domestic and international brands and a café, the new shopping park offers shoes, clothes, and different accessories. Kruševac Shopping Park hosts brands such as LC Waikiki, Defacto, Orsay, Tom Tailor, Knjižare Vulkan and CCC, but also well-known Sport Vision, Planeta Sport, Pertini, Legend, Lilly and DM, out of which some are introduced for the first time in Kruševac and Rasina District.

The new retail park is located in the southern part of Kruševac, at 37 Krfska Street, at the crossroads of Knez Miloš and Bruski Road, the regional road leading to the Kopaonik mountain resort and only 25 km from the main state highway. In the near vicinity of the shopping park there is a supermarket chain, which will additionally complement the offer with food products. The portfolio of Nepi Rockcastle in Serbia includes Kragujevac Plaza Shopping Center (GLA 22,292 sq m), as well as Promenada Novi Sad Shopping Center (GLA 49.000 sq m), which is the largest shopping center in Serbia.
