Knight Frank will manage Dukat in Olsztyn, Poland

The Dukat shopping centre in Olsztyn will be managed by Knight Frank. Dukat is a subsequent retail location in the property portfolio under Knight Frank’s management.

It is also another property of the Bergold Group which the owner decided to entrust under Knight Frank’s management.

The Dukat shopping centre is a unique location on Olsztyn’s retail map. The building was designed by the architects Jerzy Sołtan and Zbigniew Ihnatowicz. It has been operating in the city since 1965. After the modernization in 2011, Dukat gained a new face.

The five storeys house some 4,300 sq m, 3,250 sq m of which is retail space and 360 sq m is dedicated to offices.

We are very pleased with the fact that the company has once again entrusted us with the management of their retail property in Olsztyn. Dukat has become somewhat of a symbol in the minds of the people of Olsztyn.
