Kaufland receives Top Employer award

The grocery retailer Kaufland is represented not only in Germany, but also in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Croatia, Poland, Bulgaria, Romania, and the Republic of Moldova.

In all eight European countries, the company has been awarded as Top Employer by the independent Top Employers Institute.

Best practices were examined in various categories, such as talent strategy and acquisition, training and development, leadership development, career planning, as well as benefits and corporate culture.
