Jolly Fish–Hamburg’s first fish kebab restaurant–opens at Quarree

This gastronomy concept includes kebabs with grilled salmon and other types of fish for the first time in the Hanseatic city. Other fish specialties as well as snacks complement the offer.

“Jolly Fish completes our new fresh food area at the new Quarree,” says Center Manager Frank Klüter. “In our tenant mix throughout Quarree, we always make sure that our customers find popular brand-name stores as well as unique local concepts.”

The 108-sq m space is being designed in cooperation with Koops Ladenbau and the gastronomy consulting company FoodCon, and is designed with a modern, natural wood look.

Jolly Fish will have six employees at Quarree. The opening is planned for July/August 2021. Sonae Sierra was responsible for leasing. Among other projects, the real estate specialists manage Quarree in Hamburg’s Wandsbek district on behalf of owner Union Investment.
