Fashion House Outlet Centre St. Petersburg welcomed first customers

The first fully-enclosed outlet centre in the region, which is located at Tallinskoe Street, will increase the comfort of Outlet shopping this winter.

Fashion House Outlet Centre St. Petersburg is the is sixth outlet centre developed in CEE and Russia under the Fashion House brand and the second in Russia. The first is located in Moscow Region and has been operating since June 2013.

“Fashion House Outlet Centre Tallinskoe is based on the proven Outlet concept of Fashion House Group. Our Moscow project became a great success. From the small beginning, it has enlarged both the portfolio of brand stores and Outlet retail offer to shoppers. Therefore, we have decided to increase the company’s involvement in this market. St Petersburg was the natural choice for the location of our next centre. Over a three-phase future, it will grow to have 120 stores on 20,330 sq m of total leased area. The construction works started in October 2018 and the investment cost about €52 million”, announced Patrick Van Den Bossche, Managing Director of Fashion House Group.

Fashion House Outlet Centre St. Petersburg is a fully-enclosed facility, which is a key to ensure outstanding customer experience in all weather conditions. “It will make Outlet shopping warm, relaxing and safe”, underlined Brendon O’Reilly, Member of the Board, Managing Director of Fashion House Group.  The interior design continues the “Window to Europe” theme, designed especially by Fashion House Group for the Russian market. It is based on typical shopping streets from fashion capitals as London, Paris or Milan.

The external architecture of the building refers to the style of the Benelux countries paying tribute to the unions between St. Petersburg and the cities of The Netherlands and Belgium.

Fashion House Outlet Centre St. Petersburg will serve a total catchment area of over 5 million inhabitants. The investment attracted top quality international and domestic brands, available for the customers all year round for 30%-70% less than original prices. The wide assortment includes clothing (also top designer brand collections), footwear, lingerie, accessories, jewellery and home décor. The tenant-mix consist of such brands as: Baldinini, Baon, Bronnitskiy, Charuel, Diplomat, Ekran, Gabbiacci, Gecco, Gipfel, Glenfield, Guess, Henderson, Incanto, Kanzler, Lusio, Marc & André, Mario Machado, Mazari Tradition, Milana, Piserro, Puma, Quiksilver, Ralf Ringer, Sarto Reale, Subway, Sunsolo, SuperStep, Tom Tailor, US Polo. Other brands committed to muti-unit stores include adidas, Reebok and Lacoste, which will be open after Christmas.
