FACTORY outlet centres in Poland awarded the Golden Emblem at the Consumer Quality Leader Awards

NEINVER’s FACTORY outlet brand, which includes five outlet centres in Poland, has been recognised with the Golden Emblem at the 2020 Consumer Quality Leader awards. This prestigious distinction recognises the best brands and companies operating on the Polish market, based on consumers’ opinion, with FACTORY being honoured in the outlet centre category.

Winners are selected through a consumer survey, which in its 2020 edition included over 16,000 respondents. FACTORY was chosen as the quality leader by 36% of all participants, and the main reasons cited were the prices, the centres’ wide product offer, the large number of stores and the unique shopping experience. FACTORY was also the outlet centre brand with the best recognition rate, with 33.5% of all votes, more than 14% more than the next brand.

FACTORY is the largest outlet brand in Poland. Established in the country in 2002 with the opening of the first outlet centre in Poland, FACTORY outlets are present today in four cities: Warsaw (Ursus and Annopol), Poznan, Krakow and Gliwice. With a total GLA of 87,400 m², they feature nearly 500 stores of popular premium and mass-market brands.

“The FACTORY brand has been consistently strengthening its position as a market leader, maintaining the best recognition rate among outlet centres in Poland for nearly 20 years. The centres’ wide offer of products, their attractive and spacious environments and high-quality customer service, confirmed in independent research, combine to build a unique shopping experience,” says Wincenty Zawadzki, NEINVER’s Brand Manager.
