Denis Cupic becomes Managing Director of redserve Zagreb

The ATP consulting subsidiary redserve is expanding in Central and Eastern Europe. And the Croatian entrepreneur Denis Cupic is playing a leading role.

For around six months, he has been a managing partner with responsibility for key account management in the CEE and SEE Regions; and as a senior consultant he is also responsible for commercial real estate projects.

Denis Cupic is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and an expert for turnaround and complex properties in challenging economic times. As a project leader and key account manager he has supported corporate clients including REWE, IKEA Industrial, ALDI, Westgate, and a number of banks and other financial institutions on the Central and Eastern European real estate market. In parallel with his responsibilities with redserve, the 44-year-old heads the Croatian real estate management group F. O. / Group. Cupic is involved in professional bodies such as the Association of Property Developers, of which he is president, and heads the Croatian Organization of Non-Food Retailers and Shopping Centers.

Together with Josef Liegl and Christian Grottenthaler from redserve in Innsbruck and Annemarie Lippert from the company’s office in Essen he is working hard to raise the profile of the consulting company and of its services to clients even higher.
