Turkish brand FLO – for the first time in Kyiv for Ukrainian buyers in Prospekt shopping mall

On November 26, the grand opening of a new shoe store of the Turkish brand FLO took place in Prospekt shopping mall.

On this occasion, Yağmur Ahmet Güldere, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Turkey in Ukraine, Burak Pelivan, President of the Association of Turkish-Ukrainian relations, Mehmed Ali, Regional Director of Flo in Ukraine, Anna Chubotina, CEO of Arricano and Denys Kornuta, Director of Rental Spaces of Arricano were invited to deliver a welcoming speech. Both the international delegation and representatives of the host country highly appreciated the style, design, range and standards of FLO’s service.

This is a bright store with an area of 420 sq.m., with a convenient display of products and their segmentation for different audiences of customers: women’s and women’s sports, men’s and men’s sports, as well as children’s departments. The store pays great attention to the safety. On the information posters there is an appeal to customers with a request to try on shoes for one person in special areas where comfortable poufs and chairs are placed. Useful consumer information and description of the designated symbols regarding what material shoes are made of are published on a special stand.

Both for the country of the FLO brand’s origin and for the Ukrainian side – the Arricano company, the opening of the store is of strategic importance. Yağmur Ahmet Güldere, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Turkey in Ukraine, said in his speech: “Turkey is one of the biggest investment partners of Ukraine. Over the past year alone, two official meetings of the presidents of Ukraine and Turkey have taken place. This means that we have many common plans in various areas of cooperation in order to develop the economies of our countries.”

“We are pleased to welcome the FLO brand to the Prospekt shopping mall gallery. I am convinced that Ukrainian consumers will appreciate the democratic pricing policy, customer-oriented service and convenience of the store. It is especially gratifying how the FLO team feels the market trends and needs in the sports fashion segment. And navigation in the store will immediately orient guests to where the appropriate models are placed by style,” commented Anna Chubotina, CEO of Arricano.

“For me, today is a historic day, because another Turkish company entered the Ukrainian market, despite the pandemic. FLO is one of the most famous and popular shoe brands in Turkey. I am convinced that it will become famous and beloved in Ukraine as well,” added Burak Pelivan, president of the Association of Turkish-Ukrainian relations.

“Earlier, I promised that Prospekt shopping mall will have bright brand openings. FLO is one of the most anticipated newcomers to the tenant mix of Prospekt shopping mall. In the store you can find and choose shoes from well-known Turkish manufacturers. Lumberjack sport, Kinetix, Polaris, Dockers by Gerli are just a few names from the entire list of shoe brands in the FLO store. Well, the message “Best Price” and discounts will surprise and motivate you to make purchases, ” sums up Denys Kornuta, Director of Retail Space at Arricano.

On the special occasion of the FLO store opening in Prospekt shopping mall and Black Friday, the store offers discounts starting from 20% on the entire range.
