CCC is the new tenant of Galeria Wiślanka

The footwear leader in Poland - CCC - has joined the group of tenants of Galeria Wiślanka.

Advanced talks are underway with subsequent tenants for the last vacant premises. Galeria Wiślanka will offer a total of 20,000 sq m. space (GLA), with 80 shops, gastronomic points, entertainment zone and the first multi-screen cinema in Żory – Helios. The gallery will be ready for use in the fourth quarter of 2020. Mallson Polska is the sole agent responsible for the commercialization of space at Galeria Wiślanka.

Customers with cars and those using public transport can easily reach it. A car park will be built on the premises, offering 600 spaces, and next to the Gallery there will be a public transport stop, which is free in Żory – says Ewa Ściubidło, Vice President of Mallson Polska. Right next to the Gallery, two main streets intersect in Żory: national road DK81 and provincial road DW 935 (colloquially called “Wiślanka”), which will lead to the city beltway and then to the A1 motorway. Over 750,000 inhabitants live within the reach of Galeria Wiślanka. The establishment of the first modern commercial facility in this city will enable the residents of Żory and the surrounding area to quickly and conveniently shop in shops of recognized brands and spend a pleasant time, among others, thanks to the offer of Helios, the first multi-screen cinema in Żory – emphasizes Ewa Ściubidło.

It is worth emphasizing that Galeria Wiślanka in Żory, around 12 months before opening, has already found tenants for nearly 80% of the offered space. This proves the great commercial potential of the location and the investor’s right decision as to the scale of the project being implemented – sums up Ewa Ściubidło.

Apart from the CCC shop and the Helios multi-screen cinema, tenants will include: the popular food operator Lidl, LPP fashion brands (Reserved and House), RTVeuroAGD, Smyk, Rossmann, Empik, home & you, Quiosque, 4F, Orsay, Pepco and others.
