Break, Shake, Take – the yearly conference for the Shopping Places Community

On September 16, 2021, the German Council of Shopping Places (GCSP) is hosting their yearly 3-5-1-conference at Hamburg Chamber of Commerce’s trading floor in Germany.

Although the global pandemic has restricted seat availability at the location, the hybrid organization of the event still guarantees a community feeling via live streaming and active integration of the audience at home.

3 topics, 5 sessions, 1 community

The conference is organized into 3 main topic clusters: retail, municipal issues, and customers. Journalist Annika de Buhr will moderate 5 sessions and lead the audience through the thematic key points break, shake, and take. What should the industry break from, shake up or keep as it is? Experts will share their insight into such issues as future city developments, customer relationships, and new innovations and survival strategies to overcome pandemic-related challenges.

Among others, the sessions will feature the specialists Sylvia Nielius (Director Shopping Center Management Germany, CBRE), Heidi Houy (KeepLocal GmbH), Christian Mikunda (CommEnt Mikunda-Schulz KG), Thorsten Mindermann (H&M Germany), Edgar Rosenberger (Retail Brand Services), Klaus Striebich (RaRE Advise and member of the Across Advisory Board), Tim Mayer (CBRE) and many more.
