ambas Real Estate: First DECATHLON branch in Münster

On behalf of the property owner, ambas Real Estate GmbH has successfully let 5,000 sq m of space of the York-Center retail park in Münster to the french sporting goods manufacturer and retailer DECATHLON.

The opening of the new branch was on August 18th, 2022. Due to the large catchment area of the city of Münster, its retail centrality index of 124 and the young, sports-loving population, the mixed-use retail property offers optimal conditions for the international rental partner. It is the first DECATHLON store in Münster and the 17th branch in North Rhine-Westphalia.
