AM Alpha acquires Nutgrove Retail Park in Dublin

The Munich-based family office AM alpha has completed a further transaction in Dublin this year with the acquisition of the Nutgrove Retail Park in a consistently strong trading location. This is the first major retail park trade in Dublin since 2018.

Located in the highly populated and affluent Dublin suburb of Rathfarnham, the park is one of the top local retail parks, situated adjacent to Nutgrove Shopping Center.

The property comprises approx. 18,400 sq m divided in mostly retail space (approx. 15,600 sq m) and high specification office accommodations (approx. 2.800 sq m). As an already established asset, it is fully let to high quality tenants and is also domicile of a HSE Public Care Center.

The retail park can be conveniently approached by car from the M50 Motorway as it is situated approximately 8,5 km south of Dublin city center and within 5 min drive of Dundrum Town Center.

According to Martin Lemke, Managing Director at AM alpha, “We are very pleased with the latest acquisition of Nutgrove Retail Park, a particularly well-established Center in an excellent surrounding in Rathfarnham. This transaction is a perfect example of how we are implementing our goal of delivering sustainable value to our long-term investors. As we are very convinced of its further potential and future growth Ireland will continue to be a main focus for us and we will actively seek core and value-oriented investments across all sectors.”
