AEG and Crosstree Collaboration – Icon Outlet Opens in London

The first phase of Icon Outlet at The O2, a 19,000 sq m urban outlet developed by AEG and Crosstree Real Estate Partners, opened on October 20, 2018.

Designed by CallisonRTKL, the scheme in London boasts a premium-led offer, launching with a mix that offers consumers relevant, inspiring fashion, lifestyle, and accessory brands, including the first Cheaney Shoes outlet store, Aspinal of London, Gant, James Lakeland, Hobbs, Kurt Geiger, G-Star Raw, Ted Baker, Guess, Jack Wills, Levi’s, Pepe Jeans London, Phase Eight, Cath Kidston, Gap, The Cosmetics Company Store, Lindt, Clarks, Karen Millen, Radley, and many other leading brands.

When the second phase opens next spring, the outlet will consist of 85 stores and 8 restaurants, cafes, and bars.
