Atrium continues to enrich their centres with new and refreshed retail concepts. In the first half of 2022, over 50 new stores were opened with a total area of 14 000 sq m. Debut retailers in the country and in cities where Atrium is operating make up the majority of these new openings.

The German brand Fielmann opened an optical shop in Białystok, choosing Atrium Biała for its local debut. In January this year a store with sports and streetwear clothes, PitBull West Coast, opened its doors for customers also in Atrium Biala – another Bialystok first.

The children’s brand Guess Kids opened at Atrium Copernicus in Toruń –with one of the first stores of its kind in Poland with an offer dedicated exclusively to the youngest. The Medicine store, which has undergone a complete makeover, has also been opened in Atrium Copernicus, gaining a modern look and a clear, functional space.

Focus Bydgoszcz strengthened its line up in the fashion segment. Snipes and Monnari, the leader in elegant and stylish clothing for active and modern women and the Polish clothing brand Outhorn opened this year. “These new brands and their debuts are evidence of an evolving and growing retail offer in Poland which our portfolio can take advantage of. We can roll out a critical mass for retailers quickly. The quality of our portfolio and our active management approach enables us to capitalise on these market changes. We feel that the market is settling after the pandemic and getting back to business”, says Scott Dwyer, Group Managing Director Retail, Atrium European Real Estate.
