Multi signs lease for new Primark store at Magnolia Park

Multi has signed an agreement for a two-storey Primark store which will open in the Magnolia Park Shopping Center in Wroclaw, Poland.

The opening is planned for 2023, following a significant refurbishment and layout program to upgrade the shopping center.

Since 2020, Multi Poland has leased over 64,000 sq m to new and existing tenants. Recent and major lease agreements include two Carrefour hypermarkets, three Action and HalfPrice discount stores, and LG’s second Brand Store in Europe. Multi Corporation, together with its Polish division, Multi Poland, manages over 80 commercial real estate assets in Europe and Turkey.

“We are very pleased to be welcoming Primark to Magnolia Park. The agreement reinforces that our approach of improving and redeveloping space for the benefit of tenants is clearly effective, ” says Frederic Rouleau, Country Asset Manager Multi Poland. “It also requires an extensive network of contacts in the retail industry across Europe and an understanding of changing customer preferences.”
