IMAXXAM Adopts Yardi Asset Management Technology Platform

German asset manager will align growing operations with a single connected solution.

IMAXXAM Asset Management GmbH (IMAXXAM) is a division of the IMAXX group. Responsible for the asset management of several institutional real estate funds in Germany, IMAXXAM has chosen Yardi® to manage its growing commercial real estate portfolios.

IMAXXAM will be implementing Yardi Commercial Property Management software to align the entire operation; Yardi® Lease Manager to accurately measure asset performance and portfolio health; Yardi® Deal Manager to integrate all aspects of the leasing process, including customised deal management, automated workflows and approvals; and Yardi® Forecast Manager for easier and accurate budgeting with a single platform for leasing, asset management and finance collaboration. They will also manage SPV accounting in Yardi® Investment Accounting and paperless invoice processing due to Yardi® Procure to Pay.

The current IMAXXAM portfolio for the institutional investors consists of around 35 assets with approximately 150.000 m² of lettable area.

“We are pleased to work with Yardi and utilise their technology to enhance our operations as we grow our portfolio,” said Fabian Schäfer, chief operating officer at IMAXXAM. “We wanted an advanced platform that would allow for scalability as well as ensuring flexibility and efficiency for managing our assets, the assets of our clients and supports the rising business in the IMAXX group.”

“We are excited to welcome IMAXXAM as our latest client in Germany,” said Neal Gemassmer, vice president of international for Yardi. “We’re looking forward to working with IMAXXAM and supporting them with automation and actionable insights.”
