Sinsay and House join the group of tenants of the Retalia Retail Park in Grodzisk Mazowiecki

The SINSAY and HOUSE brands belonging to the LPP group will open their only stores in the city in the Retalia Retail Park. Both brands will occupy a total of over 1,300 m2 of leasable space.

Retalia will be built in the best commercial location in the city – on the main artery of the city – ul. Królewska, right next to the provincial road No. 719. This place will become the most important commercial destination and the largest concentration of shops in the region. In close proximity to the facility there are, among others Lidl, Aldi, Biedronka, McDonald’s drive restaurant and Orlen gas station. In addition to a great communication location – at the main intersection – additionally, in the immediate vicinity of Retalia, there are bus stops and the largest housing estates – which, apart from visitors from all over the city and the region, will also provide many non-motorized customers for everyday shopping.

In Retalia Retail Park, with an area of ​​approx. 5 thousand sq. m, there will be 12 stores of well-known retail and service networks.

The investor of Park Handlowy is Retalia from Grodzisk Mazowiecki, and Mallson Polska is responsible for the commercial concept and rental.

The start of construction is planned for the middle of this year, and the opening for the first half of 2022.
