Maurice Gigase takes over Center Management at Multi Germany

In his new role he is responsible for the management and expansion of this division at Multi Germany GmbH.

Maurice Gigase has been the new Head of Center Management since December 2019. Gigase will continue the successful growth course of the company’s center management sector and handle management activities of all 21 assets that are currently in Multi’s portfolio.

The 56-year old Dutchman has over 30 years of experience on the German and Dutch retail real estate market. Before joining Multi Germany he was a Managing Director within the ECE Group and responsible for the asset and center management of Hanseviertel in Hamburg.

“In Maurice Gigase we gained an experienced expert in the field of center management who will actively support our further expansion plans,” says Hubert Stech, Managing Director of Multi Germany. Regarding his new position, Gigase says that, “advancing Multi’s success course even further is a particularly appealing challenge for me.”
