Tattersall Lorenz gains further property management instruction from Union Investment

The new instruction comprises seven properties in Nuremberg and the Stuttgart metropolitan region.

They include the Meister Areal retail warehouse centre in Nuremberg and the Step 4 service and conference centre in Stuttgart, together with other properties in both metropolitan regions. The assets, which have a total area of 66,300 square metres, are let on 88 leases to tenants in the office and retail use classes. Tattersall Lorenz took over the management with effect from 1 January 2020. 

Susanne Tattersall, managing partner of Tattersall-Lorenz, explains: “We are very pleased about the intensified collaboration and the trust placed in us by Union Investment. We start the new year in the knowledge that our order book will continue to expand in 2020”.

Including the new instruction, Tattersall Lorenz now manages some 429 properties, with a total floor area of 3.5 million square metres.
