Klépierre appoints Lily Desnoes as Chief Human Resources Officer

She will be a member of the Corporate Management Team and report directly to the Klépierre Executive Board.

Lily Desnoes has spent a large part of her professional career within LVMH. A graduate of French business school ESCP in 1996, she began her career in international marketing, first as a product manager and then as a group leader at Parfums Givenchy, before taking the position of Brand Director for Hennessy.

After earning an MBA from prestigious French school ENS Cachan-Ensam with a major in Human Resources in 2012, Lily Desnoes was appointed Human Resources Manager for Louis Vuitton. In this role, she was particularly in charge of executive compensation and mobility. In 2014, she joined the Executive Committee of consulting firm OBEA as head of the HR and Management practice. In this capacity, she advised a number of companies, including retailers Primark, Leroy Merlin, Monoprix and Galeries Lafayette, on the forward management of HR, professionalization of the HR function, and organizational development.

“I am convinced that Lily’s international experience and her dual operational and human resources background will be valuable assets for strengthening not only Klépierre’s HR practices, but our organization more broadly, including our individual and collective commitment and our managerial culture,” commented Jean-Marc Jestin, Chairman of the Klépierre Executive Board.
