A BCLP team led by Berlin Partner Hanns-William Mülsch provided Sonae Sierra and MAB with comprehensive advice on this transaction.

Hofgarten Solingen is the largest shopping center in the German city of Solingen and, after Allee-Center in Remscheid, the second-largest shopping center in the area Bergisches Land. The property in Kölner Straße in Solingen, Germany, offers 22,700 sq m of retail and 1,800 sq m of restaurant space. The more than 60 tenants include, among others, electronics retailer Saturn and the grocery chain Edeka. The city of Solingen is close to Düsseldorf and Cologne and in the center of the economically strong Rhine-Ruhr region.
