Misha Nonoo makes UK store debut with sustainable London pop-up

The Howard de Walden Estate has signed New York-based fashion designer, Misha Nonoo, to create a sustainable concept store in London’s Marylebone Village.

The 158 sq m pop-up at 70-72 Marylebone Lane will be the brands first UK store and will showcase a combination of pieces from Misha Nonoo’s collection such as the Husband Shirt, the Kiki Pant and the Magdelena Jumpsuit along with other sustainable brands including Aurelia Probiotic Skincare, Austin Austin Organics, EYM Naturals, Silou London, and The Laundress.

Misha Nonoo, Founder and Creative Director, commented: “I am absolutely delighted to be opening a store in the city where I grew up. I have always had an affinity with Marylebone which is a place that manages to be both personal and sophisticated at the same time.”

In addition to the product offering, the Marylebone store will also give styling advice and host events, panels and masterclasses. Panel speakers will feature female entrepreneurs such as Dame Helena Morrissey, Samantha Cameron and Caroline Rush and there will also be more intimate sessions including sound healing with Yulia Kovaleva of Re:Mind; mini facials by Skinworks; and a calligraphy masterclass by Papier.

Jenny Casebourne, Director of Retail & Restaurants at The Howard de Walden Estate, said: “With this innovative pop-up concept, Misha is bringing to London a unique take on lifestyle choices. She has an exciting programme of activity planned which promises to be unmissable for everyone interested in how sustainability can influence fashion and wellbeing.”

The pop-up will be open for the month of June.
