NEW TENANTS FOR FASHION HOUSE OUTLET CENTER BUCHAREST

Founded in 1981 in Los Angeles, Guess is an American clothing brand and retailer that also markets accessories such as watches, jewelry, and perfumes. It will take a 161-sq-m unit in the Fashion House Outlet Center in Bucharest.

Another company that has opened its store there is Napoleoni. This shoe factory was established in the early 1970s by Fontilio Napoleoni, who decided to create his own brand after years of working in the footwear sector. He makes footwear for women who like to keep up with fashion but without going too far and who especially want their shoes to be comfortable.

The new tenant has occupied a 173-sq-m unit. Fashion House Outlet Center Bucharest will also be home to the first Romanian outlet store of Cielo Venezia 1270, the Italian jewelry manufacturer with more than 700 years of heritage, which has over 3,000 stores and sells 500,000 jewels every year in 30 countries worldwide. Opened in 2008, Fashion House Outlet Center Bucharest is the first outlet center in Romania.

Strategically located next to Bucharest’s ring road and with direct access from the A1 highway, it can be reached in a mere 30 minutes’ drive time from the city center. It offers 20,000 sq m of total GLA (Phase I, II, & III), 60 shops, a food court, and ample parking with 2,150 spaces.

The tenant mix includes brands such as: Puma, Adidas, US Polo, Champion, Stefanel, Mango, Tom Tailor, Ecco, Camel Active, Franco Feruzzi, Samsonite, Reebok, Diesel, Quiksilver, and Lee Cooper.
