NEINVER appoints Thomas Delannée as Leasing Manager France

NEINVER, a leading investor, developer and operator in the European outlet centre industry, the market leader in Spain and Poland, has appointed Thomas Delannée as its Leasing Manager for France, where NEINVER operates one outlet centre and is currently developing a new property. He will report to Régine Bogner, NEINVER’s International Leasing Director.

In his new role, Delannée will be responsible for the leasing of Alpes The Style Outlets, NEINVER’s second centre in France, consisting of over 90 shops. It is scheduled to open in 2020 next to the Swiss border, between Geneva and Lyon. He will also be in charge of leasing Roppenheim The Style Outlets, near the German border, which has recorded six solid years of growth in sales and footfall since its opening. The centre is home to more than 100 boutiques of premium French and international brands such as Desigual, Galeries Lafayette, IKKS, Karl Lagerfeld, Samsonite and The Kooples.

According to Delannée, “It’s an exciting opportunity and moment to take over NEINVER’s leasing activity in France. The centre in Roppenheim, which is well established and where the company has forged a strong partnership with its brands, is currently being upgraded through the refurbishment of the exterior areas to continue offering a welcoming and inspiring environment.” He adds, “One of my key priorities will be the opening of the future centre in the French Alps, which I am convinced has all the ingredients to be a benchmark destination for both guests and brands, including its prime location in the heart of the mountains”.

Thomas Delannée has over 10 years’ experience in retail, with strong expertise in retail networks and a deep knowledge of the French market. Before joining NEINVER, he was in charge of development at the fashion retailer IKKS, contributing to the expansion of its outlet network since 2016.
