THOR EQUITIES GROUP PROMOTES TOBY COOPER AND LUKE CONDON TO MANAGING DIRECTOR

Thor Equities Group, a global leader in urban real estate development, leasing and management, has announced the promotions of Toby Cooper and Luke Condon to Managing Director.

“Both Toby and Luke are important members of our growing European team, and their extensive experience will be invaluable as we execute on our plans to acquire more properties and expand further into Europe,” said Joseph Sitt, Chairman of Thor Equities Group.

Mr. Cooper was most recently Executive Director, European Investments at Thor Equities Group, initially with a focus on the London market. Previously, he was a portfolio fund manager at DTZ Investors, responsible for constructing and managing the retail and leisure components of its UK Direct Property Funds for institutional and private clients.

Mr. Condon was also previously Executive Director, European Investments at Thor Equities Group, responsible for overseeing the company’s transactions in key European markets. Prior to that, he spent 15 years at Knight Frank, most recently serving as a partner and head of international investment for France.

Thor Equities Group is rapidly expanding its global portfolio, acquiring and developing properties in major countries in Europe including France, Spain, Italy and the UK, along with top markets throughout the United States and Latin America.

Recent purchases include 30 Gran Via, 5 Puerta del Sol and 11 Puerta del Sol in Madrid; 53 Boulevard Haussmann in Paris; 26 Via della Spiga in Milan; and 100 New Oxford Street, 105 Oxford Street, 109 Oxford Street, 145 Oxford Street and Bond Street House in London.
