34 tenants extend leases with Plejada Sosnowiec shopping centre in Poland

More than thirty tenants have signed up to stay at the Plejada Sosnowiec shopping centre. Their lease renewals are for a total of close to 9,000 sq m. The transactions were brokered by global real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield, the property manager for the complex.

Tenants with the largest footprint at Plejada Sosnowiec include the LPP Group (Reserved, Cropp, House, and Sinsay), H&M, New Yorker, CCC, and Deichmann. Rossmann has also signed up to join the shopping centre tenants. The transactions were arranged by Ada Budynek and Magdalena Gniazdowska from Cushman & Wakefield.

“We are proud that most of Plejada’s anchor tenants have decided to extend their leases in our shopping centre. In addition, some stores will be expanded or refurbished to the retailers’ latest standard. Although Covid-19 has delayed our plans, it has not thwarted them – we are in negotiations with major international brands to add to the offer of the shopping centre. Plejada Sosnowiec has been a leading shopping centre in the city for years, offering the broadest selection of fashion, accessories and homeware,” says Magdalena Gniazdowska, Cushman & Wakefield.

Plejada Sosnowiec was completed in 2001. It offers more than 30,000 sq m of floorspace in popular fashion stores, a Carrefour hypermarket and superior service outlets. Plejada Sosnowiec is a comfortable and functional complex that continues to grow and adapt its offer to customers’ expectations.
